NEW OPS TLC FORM: If something is happening at home that may affect your child’s day at school, the OPS TLC Form (HERE) is a quick way to let us know. It is always best to email your child’s teacher directly, but teachers may not have the opportunity to read emails before students arrive. The TLC Form gives families another way to alert the Main Office and Assistant Principals so we can ensure the appropriate staff is aware and offer extra support when needed. If something is time-sensitive, please always call the Main Office directly.
FAMILY & HOUSEHOLD INFORMATION FORM: To help us best support our students and communicate effectively with all families, we are asking parents/guardians who live in separate households to complete our Family & Household Information Form HERE. The form provides an opportunity to share important information about living arrangements, school communication, and anything else that may help us support your child at school. Thank you for helping us ensure that we understand and meet the needs of every OPS family.
PETS AND BIKES AT OPS: Please help us keep arrival and dismissal safe. Dogs must be kept on the sidewalks. Families and students riding bikes or scooters must walk them on the sidewalk once they reach school property. Dogs, bikes, and scooters are prohibited in crowds and on the grass. Thank you for your cooperation!
