Jane Jeffs

While working as a nutritionist and health writer/editor in New York City for several years, I especially enjoyed teaching nutrition classes to students. I knew then that someday I wanted to become a teacher. 

I was absolutely thrilled to join OPS as a kindergarten inclusion teacher eighteen years ago. For the past seventeen years, I have loved working as a special education teacher in kindergarten, first, second and third grades. Teaching students and being part of their growing and learning continuously fills my days at OPS with much joy and keeps me smiling.  I also feel extremely lucky to work collaboratively with so many talented and caring teachers and staff members at Oradell Public School.  I am looking forward to another wonderful year at OPS!
