I am so excited to start my 8th year teaching and my 4th year here at OPS! Before teaching first grade here, I was a kindergarten teacher. I studied Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, and Special Education at Rider University. I then went on to receive my Master's in Literacy from William Paterson University. 

I love to read! My classroom is overflowing with books! I love first grade because I love watching students grow into avid readers. Read aloud is my absolute favorite time of the day. I also enjoy sharing my love for all things Disney with my students! You can easily find my classroom with all the mickey ears everywhere.

Being part of the OPS community is the best and I am feeling grateful to begin another wonderful first grade adventure with you!
